According to Moonalice legend, we celebrate April Fools Day just once a year, on April 1st ... that was true until 144 days ago. Since November 9, every day has been April Fools Day. Tonight's poster by the amazing Darrin Brenner features Cheeto the Clown Moonalice. Cheeto has been harmed more than most by the changes since Election Day. Not only did Cheeto lose his special day, he lost control of his moniker ... and he's not happy about it. Luckily for Cheeto, his job prospects are good. If the competition remains too intense in the fool business, he can always go into coal mining or buggy whips or the manufacture of arrowheads.
Notes: Katie Skene played guitar and sang on Ramble on Rose, Four Strong Winds, and Can't Find My Way Home.
We dedicated this show to Dave Hunter and David Nelson.
